We work with you to collect personality and performance data from current associates at the firm. Once complete, we analyze that data to determine what personality traits drive success in the role and present you with a custom success model.
Deploying the personality assessment
Now that we know what drives success, we can calculate how likely a candidate is to succeed based on their responses to our personality attributes assessment. Simply send interested candidates a link to the assessment, and we’ll take care of the rest.
When a candidate completes the assessment, we provide you with a report that highlights the personality traits shown to drive success, as well as the candidate's strongest competencies and potential development priorities, allowing interviewers to ask targeted, individualized questions.
